Well, I have dropped almost 30 pounds since my last post here. Now down to 247 pounds, Lean, fit and healthy pounds that is. I will slow it down a bit now that I have already reached my goal that I set for Sep. My back is 10 times better, Walking more, Less pain. Some days are better than others but that's just the way it is with my condition. I'm also doing lots of stretching and Yoga. As some of you know I'm extremely flexible, So I'm working on taking my flexibility to a new level. I could probably try out for Cirque Do So lei, LOL. Not! The thing I'm doing different this time is I'm putting a lot of work into conditioning and toning my body, My bulking days are over now for sure and that's my choice. As for what I'm eating for diet, Grilled Cod, Tilapia, Sweet potatoes, Spinach, Egg Whites and Oatmeal. I also add Peanut Butter and Flax Oil as good fats. Here are a few recent pics taken...
